VIRTUAL RACING
4 Virtual Races Open To All RPRA Members & All Money Raised Donated To Our NHS
The total amount raised from our NHS Virtual racing & donations totalled £1,728.18 which is £432.05 each going to the 4 Essex Hospitals; Southend, Basildon, Broomfields & Colchester. A card explaining how the funds were raised along with a cheque have been sent to the hospitals. Thank you again to everyone who participated and donated.
Thames North & Eastern Counties FC are following on from the virtual racing by the RPRA. Race 1 was on Saturday 18th April from Chale & the winning velocity was 142nd Packer & Clarke Loft 2 - velocity 1246 ypm, chosen velocity by RPRA CEO Ian Evans. See further below for the result.
Using our own software, open to all RPRA members; just give your racing name (& loft number if outside of our Club so your distances can be obtained) by each Thursday at 12noon.
£2 entry fee per pigeon to be listed on the result.
Unlimited entries allowed as ALL money raised will be donated to the NHS, directly to hospitals in the Essex Area - Southend, Basildon, Chelmsford & Colchester.
Payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
Secretary will make up the ring numbers and velocities which will be totally random.
A fancier who isn't a participant for each virtual race will be chosen to provide a random velocity & the fancier with the nearest velocity on the result will win a YB.
(Where there maybe a split velocity, the velocity rounded up will be the winner. Winning fancier to organise collection of the YB.)
