THAMES ANNUAL PRESENTATION EVENING

The 2023 Thames N&EC FC Presentation Evening will take place at:

Southern County's Presentation & Gala Evening
Saturday 14 October 2023
5.30pm - 12midnight
DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole
Tickets are priced at £54 each (which includes welcome drink on arrival, 3 course meal, ½ bottle wine per person, Room Hire, Stage hire, Dancefloor & Evening Security)
Children welcome at same ticket price

Arrival and Welcome drink 5- 5.30PM
Seated for dinner 6.00PM
Presentations 7.30PM
Live Band 9PM
Disco 11pm
Evening ending Midnight.

You are invited to attend a fabulous evening celebrating the seasons achievements with your fellow fancier from your own organisation and other southern federations.
Special guests are Stuart Wilcox and Paul Macaloney. 
The evening will be packed full of entertainment, presentations, live music and disco, raffles and auctions.
You will enjoy a delicious 3 course meal with half a bottle of wine and a welcome drink on arrival.
Tickets can be purchased on www.thamesnec.co.uk/shop and are on a first come first served basis. Tickets will be posted to you once paid. Tickets are not confirmed until paid for.
Hilton are offering a 15% discount on hotel rooms. The venue is very central and in walking distance to many hotels and B&Bs of all budgets

The new combined presentation gala evening we are organizing, our aim is to create a great evening of entertainment, food and drink along with our annual award presentations for each federation/organization, giving us all the opportunity to have a great social evening together and celebrate the seasons award winners.

Premier 100
Thames NEC FC

We will be arranging entertainment at a separate cost to the ticket (so we can keep the ticket price to a min)
We have booked a live band 'The Hype', a compare/host for the evening and hire of a large screen.
We intend to hold some fundraising events throughout the year to rase this extra expense and hope all organizations planning on enjoying this great evening will support the fund raising.
We will be holding a raffle and a silent auction on the evening and any monies made from these will be put towards the following years gala, so we can hopefully reduce ticket prices for future years gala's. No-one involved in the organization of the event is gaining financially and they are donating their time and efforts purely for the future and the moral of our sport and its fanciers.
