- Birds do not need to be in pen but ring number must be provided before or during penning

Bidding from 8.30pm each evening
- Entry requirements: name, county, loft number, telephone, full ring number, photo & info on the bird must be supplied when the pigeon is approx. 20-25days. Birds to be auctioned are to be sent to Michael Symonds privately on 07816 964181 (not direct on the group) and the bird will be auctioned within the next few evenings.
- That evenings lots will be uploaded in the morning for fanciers to view throughout the day
- Bidding starts at 8.30pm for 10mins, any bid within the last minute, the time will extend by 1minute, highest bidder wins. Lot will say ended & the next lot will start straight away.
- Secretary will contact winning bidder regarding payment & must be paid within 24hours otherwise pigeon will be relisted
- No commission bids accepted
- Whatsapp group is strictly for the auction
- Bids will start at £40 and increase in £5 increments
- Buyers are responsible for making courier/collection arrangements with breeder, all birds must be transferred or will be omitted from the race result
- Buyers must provided BICC membership number to Secretary
- In each auction, there will also be 'nomination' rings up for grabs. The buyer will have until 8pm the following Saturday to notify the Secretary of their nominated ring number, this will entitle the buyer to be breeder & buyer.
- Thames N&EC FC to retain a maximum of 15% profits.
The 2026 Breeder Buyer Pigeons will also have a chance at winning prize money for the next 2 years!
- In 2027, (as yearlings) they can be raced at the 3rd BICC race.
- There will be a £10 activation fee per pigeon.
- 5% of the total amount raised from the 2026 breeder buyer will be held for prize money for this.
- The £10 activation fees will also be added to the prize fund.
- Prize money will be 1st 60% B/B & 2nd 40% B/B.
- In 2028, (as 2 year olds) they can be raced at BICC Agen.
- There will be a £10 activation fee per pigeon.
- 5% of the total amount raised from the 2026 breeder buyer will be held for prize money for this.
- The £10 activation fees will also be added to the prize fund.
- Prize money will be 1st 100% B/B.
This will be the same format each year, so the breeder buyer pigeons now have a chance as a young bird, yearling & 2 year old.
- 2026 Rung BB – YB in 2026. Yearling in 2027 3rd BICC race. 2 Year Old in 2028 BICC Agen.
- 2027 Rung BB – YB in 2027. Yearling in 2028 3rd BICC race. 2 Year Old in 2029 BICC Agen.
Drug Testing & Diseases
The committee would like to draw everyone's attention to RPRA rule 199 and Appendix G in the RPRA 2022 Rules relating to drugs which I have attached.
Please can everyone also be vigilant for fat eye (highly contagious), sickness and other diseases. Marking station markers can turn pigeons away if a disease is suspected.
